Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Wage: $25.00 - $32.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 5:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Thursday)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

- Coordinate manufacturing and assembly tasks collaboratively.

- Optimize production efficiency with sustainable setups, adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed to meet KPI goals.

- Perform minor repairs and report equipment breakdowns promptly.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to position Client Company as a world-class, innovative manufacturer.

- Maintain equipment logs and ensure a safe, organized, and 6S-compliant work environment.

- Update productivity records and complete incident reports when necessary.

- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill production orders on time.

- Adhere to internal policies and industry regulations.

- Work seamlessly with team members and other departments to ensure timely production of quality parts, supporting our vision: "Excellence from Start to Finish."

Requirements for Maintenance Technician:

- Previous maintenance experience

- Electromechanical experience and a commitment to continuous training, especially in automation

- Ability to perform routine maintenance on all machines as required

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional mechanical aptitude, with electrical experience and troubleshooting ability

- Strong attention to quality workmanship and accuracy

- Good organizational skills

- Excellent attendance

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
