You are a detailed-oriented team player who will act as a liaison between Finance and Sales. You will use your analytical skills to research existing customers and new prospects to determine optimum proposals, pricing, and sales credit. You will collaborate with Sales, IT and other Order to Cash members to resolve issues and enhance solutions.

What you will do:

  • Research subscription and customer data to validate accuracy and provide optimal pricing proposals.

  • Maintain current knowledge of Bloomberg INDG products, policies, and procedures to support internal and external customers.

  • Self-monitor and manage workflows through various systems to ensure timeliness and accuracy of proposals, invoices, and sales credit payments.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives and strategic partners to resolve questions and meet customer requirements.

  • Calculate incremental value of sales and assign sales credit to appropriate sales teams, products, and categories.

  • Coordinate, prepare, and review new sales contracts and renewals of existing contracts.

  • Verify and grant appropriate and timely electronic access to customers.

  • Analyze customer and subscription data and present the findings in a simple manner.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business.

  • 1.5 years' experience in business operations, sales operations, or related field

  • Demonstrated experience in business systems including CRM.
