TEKsystems is partnering with a local client in the search for a Bilingual Service Desk Technician. This is a contract to hire role that sites on site in Oshkosh, WI. Our client is looking for a Spanish/English speaking Service Desk Analyst for one of our main clients in Oshkosh. This role will be first level phone support for all end user issues over phone, email, and chat. Relevant technologies for this role include: Windows 10, ServiceNow, O365, Active Directory, and Computer Hardware. The shift would be second shift, either 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. *Skills:* Help Desk Support, Spanish Language, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Windows 10, Technical support, Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, Hardware, Ticketing System, Password Reset, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
