As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will deliver customized HR solutions, foster strong cross-functional relationships, and drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This role requires advanced stakeholder management, project leadership, and the ability to influence through strong communication and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities * Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and consultation. * Lead and support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. * Drive change management efforts related to talent and structural transformations. * Analyze HR metrics and synthesize insights into actionable strategies. * Identify and share emerging HR trends to inform business and people strategies. * Lead cross-functional HR projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence. * Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and onboarding strategies. * Oversee strategic initiatives in headcount planning, compensation, and workforce development. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. * Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP or HR Generalist role. * Proven experience managing end-to-end HR projects and large-scale initiatives. * Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment law. Skills & Abilities: * Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. * Deep understanding of organizational structures, job architecture, and compensation frameworks. * Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations. Preferred Qualifications * PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification. * Experience working in an HR Center of Excellence (CoE) model. * Experience from a global or matrixed organization. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $114000.00 - $142916.00/yr.
