Senior IT Solution Architect - Analytics

What you will be doing:

• Architect analytics solutions that meet both local and global business needs (30%)
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IT to align solutions with business goals (20%)
• Integrate and optimize data from various systems into a unified global framework (20%)
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members (10%)
• Optimize performance and scalability of analytics platforms (10%)
• Document architectures and processes to support knowledge sharing and compliance (5%)
• Stay ahead of trends to continuously improve our analytics landscape (5%)

What you bring:

Required Experience & Education

• 8+ years in IT analytics, including 3+ years in a solution architecture role
• Deep experience with data warehousing and advanced analytics environments (5+ years)
• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Data Science, IT, or related field

Technical Expertise

• Strong command of Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW): Inmon/Kimball/Data Vault 2.0, SCDs, lifecycle mgmt., hybrid architectures
• Advanced SAP ecosystem knowledge: HANA modeling, SAP BW/4HANA, DWC, Data Intelligence, SLT, CDS, and BTP
• Proficiency in data governance, semantic layer design, metadata, and data quality frameworks
• Familiarity with planning tools like SAP IBP, SAC and business processes like demand/supply planning

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks: Delta Lake, PySpark/SQL pipelines, Unity Catalog, and SAP integrations
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and its integration into analytics environments
• Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or specialized data architecture credentials
