Job Overview & Essential Functions

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Customer Support Center (CSC) Manager. The CSC Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Customer Support Center in compliance with established policies and procedures. Plans, directs, staffs, and controls all activities of the CSC profit center. Responsible for the overall growth and profit objectives of the CSC business unit. Trains CSC staff and supervision to achieve business unit goals.

  • Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities of the business unit.
  • Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the business unit.
  • Defines Customer needs and establishes procedures for CSC.
  • Defines target customers for business unit growth.
  • Directs sales and marketing efforts to support business unit growth.
  • Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied throughout the business unit.
  • Develops and maintains management reports to ensure the financial objectives of the CSC are met.
  • Provides training and support for all aspects of the CSC business unit to help meet and maintain established standards.
  • Performs regular reviews of billing structure, fleet repair costs, business needs and staffing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills (reports, SRT's, call data, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be willing to travel 20% of the time.
  • Must have proficient computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent leadership abilities.
  • Must have positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.
