Company Overview Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking fora Technical Program Manager to join our expanding Technical Programs Department. This team is pivotal in the successful development and integration of PDW products, ensuring compliance with all system-level requirements and the high-quality standards for which PDW is recognized. In this role, A Technical Program Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and communicating accurate MS Project schedules for one or more projects/programs. An effective schedule will represent and translate all technical aspects of each program into a clear timeline for each phase of the development lifecycle. The Technical Program Manager is responsible for cross-departmental input and creation of the baseline schedule. Each Technical Program Manager will be fully engaged in system-level integration, issue resolution, and root cause analysis, while maintaining regular and clear communication for all program milestones dates and unplanned impacts. The Technical Program Manager is responsible for all internal and external management of the project/program including external vendors. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift/carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. Must be physically capable of walking between the office and production areas and attending events or meetings off-site as needed. Work Environment This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with occasional work in a manufacturing setting. It requires the use of standard office equipment and systems. This role involves cross-departmental collaboration and both independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard work hours for this position are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or off-hour work as business needs arise.
