Position Summary

Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill a Senior Acquisition Analyst Support (FOG) position supporting the ISR Sensors Division (AFLCMC/WIN), at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. WIN is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.



Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

* Provide a wide range of management analytical, technical and support services to WIN Sensors leadership as part of the Front Office Group (FOG).

* Perform data gathering, data entry, and data analysis, use applicable automated systems, as well as apply knowledge of the acquisition process.

* Manage functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to collect, analyze, and evaluate information required by Division leadership.

* Effectively manage Division leadership calendar, travel, and administrative activities.

* Assist with drawing conclusions and recommending solutions to problems relating to organizational structures, resource/equipment requirements, and utilization or control.

* Assist with assessing the structure of the ISR Sensors Branch to recommend short-range and long-range functional manning requirements.

* Coordinate arrangements, agendas, and briefing materials as well as record and track program action items and suspense's for events such as meetings, reviews, working groups, and audits.

* Provide administrative and logistical assistance for visiting personnel, ensuring the proper clearance of visitors (to include foreign visitors) and agendas.

* Support the management and tracking of internal and external suspense tasks, such as Senior Officer Communication and Coordination Electronic Resource (SOCCER) requirements and items on the ISR & SOF Directorate's Suspense Tracker.

* Support the management, planning, and tracking of award review boards, award and decoration packages, Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) inputs, personnel performance reports and feedback.

* Assist with planning, coordinating, and following-up with the Division's programs that report in SMART.

* Assist with planning and preparing the Division-level MAR reviews.

* Assist in coordinating all the ISR Sensors Branch top issues, activity reports and briefings for the ISR & SOF Directorate staff meetings.

* Assist with preparing and providing data for tracking the training status of Division personnel.

* Provide administrative support to AFLCMC/WIN personnel with Automated time and Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).

* Assist with processing civilian timecards and managing civilian leave requests in ATAAPS.

* Must know how to work effectively in a team environment.

* Assist with Ad Hoc task, as required, by WIN leadership



Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret

Education and Years of Experience:

    Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.
