Position Overview: We have an exciting career opportunity for a Global Director, Human Resources as a strategic part of the Global Human Resources team in Microwave Products Group (MPG). This position is ideally located in our West Chester, Ohio office and will be part of the MPG executive leadership team. In this autonomous, strategic role, you will lead and develop an HR team focused on factory operations, supply chain and procurement, with overall responsibility for comprehensive HR delivery. The Global Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. Work Arrangement : Onsite Pay Range: $175,000.00 - $190,000.00 annually Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
