RCCA is currently seeking a Controller to partner with practice leadership to help drive accounting and financial operations. The Controller will ensure execution of the accounting tasks and activities essential to the proper financial operations of the various operating units, assemble and organize data used in various financial reports and maintain general ledger and related systems for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. They will assist in developing management reports, prepare and monitor financial budgets, and ensure financial reporting is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Compensation: $120,449.00 - $162,607.00 annually

• Additionally, the Controller is responsible for:
• Assembling and organizing monthly results in a timely manner
• Investigating accounting variances in detail to identify causation in the financial statements
• Responsible for the preparation of annual budget
• Communicates with key operational, physician and centralized support counterparts
• Brings forth recommendations for improvement and efficiency in all aspects of accounting and finance operations
• Ensures adequate documentation, review and execution of internal controls as required by SOX - initiates and completes necessary remediation
• Liaison between US Oncology Network/McKesson and local operations for process implementation and control.
• Participate in development of practice objectives.
• Supervising and mentoring assigned accounting/finance team
• Developing systems and monitoring compliance with the various company/practice agreements
• Ensuring the practice is compliant with all established accounting policies/procedures and internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (with appropriate experience).
• Practice Management/Healthcare experience.
• 7+ years of progressive Accounting experience with at least three years managing others.
• Strong foundation in accounting required, but candidates also demonstrating strong analytical/FP&A experience preferred
• CPA and or MBA required
• Work in-person from the Corporate Office in Teaneck for a total of 4 days per week, initially, to build relationships, prioritize objectives, and establish a team culture.
• More days of remote work will be acceptable in the future as the Controller capabilities are demonstrated and team objectives are met.
