Quarterly travel to Spokane, WArequired. This role will lead the data acquisition operations for the Resource Data Management (RDM) business, driving innovation through automation and AI while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role, situated in Operations, will be integral in setting the data acquisition strategy for the business, direct the data acquisition teams and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes, improve data quality, and support RDM's broader strategic objectives. Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction for data analytics across the operationsbusiness for ENGIE Impact, driving enhancements in processes and technologies with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability-leveraging AI and automation where applicable.
- Drive cross-functional alignmentby collaborating with Product, Data, and Innovation (PDI) and Digital teams to shape and prioritize the strategic roadmap for data operations, ensuring innovation and operational excellence.
- Champion operational transformation, enhancing systems, workflows, and policies to support RDM's strategic objectives-particularly in business process redesign, reporting infrastructure, and organizational planning.
- Provide visionary leadership to managers overseeing manual data entry processes, and electronic data teams-setting clear performance goals (KPIs) and fostering a culture of client-centric excellence.
- Strategically partnerwith offshore operations leaders to ensure seamless coordination, adherence to quality standards, and optimization of global data acquisition efforts.
- Lead data quality initiativesby working with business SMEs to conduct audits, define KPIs, and implement continuous improvement strategies that elevate data accuracy and reliability.
- Serve as a strategic liaisonbetween Client Management, Sales, and Operations-translating evolving client needs into actionable plans that enhance the effectiveness of data acquisition teams.
- Mentor and empower team managers, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all delivery functions.
- Contribute to enterprise risk management by leading RDM-specific business continuity and disaster recovery planning efforts, ensuring resilience and preparedness
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; Business, Finance,Technology or a related field.
- Master's Degree highlypreferred.
- 7+ years relevant experience with data analytics, data management, or operations.
- 3+ years of senior leadership experience leading large teams; experience leading global teams is preferred
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Digital) on strategic initiatives
- Proven experience setting datastrategy for the company, driving operational efficiency and implementing automation or AI
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Familiarity with systems; Salesforce, ADP, AI platformsand other internal transversal process systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading operational teams responsible for data processing.
- Proven track record in managing both manual data entry teams and automated data acquisition processes.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions, ETL pipelines, APIs, and OCR technologies.

Work Environment
- Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week

The target pay range for this role is $111,000-$161,000. Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
