Deal Desk Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborativeDeal Desk Specialist to join Exiger's fast-growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting to our SVP, Global Head of Revenue Operations, you'll play a critical role in helping our Sales, Legal, and Finance teams close deals faster, smarter, and with confidence. You'll serve as a key partner in shaping how we scale pricing, streamline approvals, and improve quote-to-close execution. What You'll Do:



  • Partner with Account Executives and Revenue Leaders to structure, price, and shepherd deals through the finish line
  • Manage quote generation, discounting approvals, and deal policy compliance
  • Liaise with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts align with commercial, margin, and risk objectives
  • Maintain accuracy across proposals, quotes, and CRM data (Salesforce)
  • Document and evolve approval workflows, pricing models, and commercial playbooks
  • Onboard and support sales reps with deal desk tools, pricing education, and contract guidance
  • Share insights with leadership through deal health trends, velocity metrics, and margin analysis


What You Need:



  • 3-6 years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial finance role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven success supporting complex SaaS deal structures (multi-product, multi-year, usage-based)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools; CLM systems (Ironclad, DocuSign) are a plus
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for pricing and scenario modeling
  • Familiarity with contract terms, discount strategy, and SaaS revenue principles (ASC 606 knowledge a bonus)
  • Clear communicator and relationship-builder who thrives at the intersection of Sales, Legal, and Finance
  • Ability to prioritize and execute quickly in a high-growth, high-change environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
