What You'll Do * Lead full-cycle recruitment: From sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring, you'll manage it all. * Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver results. * Drive innovation: Participate in projects that enhance our systems, streamline processes, and elevate the candidate experience. * Engage with the community: Represent our brand at job fairs, networking events, and professional groups. * Ensure compliance: Maintain data integrity and uphold legal standards throughout the hiring process. * Share insights: Analyze and present recruiting metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
