IDEAL is growing and looking to add a strong team player to our Corporate HR team.



Responsibilities

    Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams.
  • Prepare recruiting reports.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support campus recruitment efforts and IDEAL's intern program.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential communications.
  • Assist in identifying potential candidates for open positions.
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date candidate pipeline, ensuring that all candidates are tracked through the hiring process.
  • Manage documentation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Support a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process ensuring a smooth hand-off to division HR for onboarding.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.
  • Timely documentation of all communications and updates within the applicant tracking system.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience in human resources, recruiting, and applicant tracking systems are desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills and strong detail orientation are musts.

The expected hourly wage for this position is between $18.85/hour and $25.36/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
