ABOUT THIS ROLE St. Michael's is hiring a Transformation and Change Management Lead to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. In this role, you will lead the TCC-Change Management workstream and help shape the broader transformation strategy. You will be responsible for guiding stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and the development of client-facing materials such as talking points and recommendations. You'll also support related efforts across training and communications. LOCATION Tysons, VA (Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week) WHO YOU ARE Active Secret Clearance Experienced in organizational change management in a federal environment Skilled in presenting information clearly and leading client-facing conversations Comfortable facilitating change discussions with senior stakeholders Able to support development of communications and training materials Have 6+ years of federal financial management experience, including 3+ years in federal accounting Hold a master's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Management, or a relevant certification (CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the TCC-Change Management workstream and support execution of the change management strategy Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments Develop deliverables such as talking points, briefing papers, and communications materials Facilitate change-related discussions with client teams and internal stakeholders Prepare change management recommendations for leadership review Support aligned efforts in training and communications that contribute to overall transformation goals WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
