ABOUT THIS ROLE St. Michael's is hiring a Transformation and Change Management Lead to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. In this role, you will lead the TCC-Change Management workstream and help shape the broader transformation strategy. You will be responsible for guiding stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and the development of client-facing materials such as talking points and recommendations. You'll also support related efforts across training and communications. Our core value of Candor will guide your work as you help drive meaningful change through open dialogue and strong client engagement.
