Job Title: Compliance Administrator (Products & Filings)

Division: Compliance

Reports To: Senior Compliance Analyst

Key Relationships: US compliance team, any other functions and business units as may be required

Job Summary: Responsible for processing endorsements and new and revised products, supporting the development of form and rate filings, and performing administrative/special assignments as required.

FLSA: Non-exempt

Key Responsibilities

* Within established turnaround times, accurately complete all required processing steps on requests received through the one-off request process via the Endorsement Request Inbox in Outlook.

* Support team in development of form and rate filings to DOIs by ensuring all required information is accurately developed and submitted.

* Maintain and update document management systems and product form lists. This includes timely and accurate updates to filing notes and usage dates.

* Accurately prepare and distribute weekly product filing status reports to business customers.

* Within established turnaround times, accurately complete all required IT processing steps for new and revised product releases.

* Effectively communicate with internal and external business partners throughout the implementation period.

* Resolve issues as they arise in a collaborative manner.

* Perform other administrative/special assignments for the Compliance Department as needed including (but not limited to):

* Provide assistance to review internal process to ensure processing accuracy.

* Format/edit documents and charts.

* Review and respond to Service Now tickets from users regarding endorsement issues in Beazley Pro.

* Coordinate/schedule meetings.

This may include, amongst others, Beazley's underwriting control standards, Beazley's claims control standards, other Beazley standards and customer relationship management.

* Carry out additional responsibilities as individually notified, either through your objectives or through the learning management system. These may include membership of any Beazley committees or working groups.

Education and Qualifications

* High School graduate or equivalent

* Solid administrative skills

* Previous experience working in a busy office environment

Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $50,000-$55,000 per year plus discretionary annual bonus.
