Our company is one of the most significant publicly traded water, wastewater service and natural gas providers in the U.S. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive transformation and change communication strategies aligned with the organization's strategic vision and goals. Provide expert consultation and guidance to senior leadership on organizational transformation effectiveness and change management. Work closely with the lean office to conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions. Design and facilitate organizational development initiatives, including team building, leadership development, and culture change programs. This would include at the corporate, state or department levels. Transformation Change Management: Lead the development and execution of change management plans for major organizational transformations. Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication strategies to ensure buy-in and engagement and identify and mitigate potential resistance to change. Develop and deliver training and support programs to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust as needed. Culture Development and Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. Monitor organizational culture changes and develop action plans to address identified gaps. Design and facilitate change development programs to build organizational capability. Project Management and Implementation: Manage multiple transformation communication and change management projects simultaneously. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Evaluate the effectiveness of communication and change management interventions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to assess organizational effectiveness and the impact of change initiatives. Develop and present reports on key metrics and outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in organization development and change management. Proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformations and implementing OD initiatives. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience with culture assessment and development.
