We're looking for a Data Scientist with a strong background in operational analytics and workflow optimization to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business value through data-driven insights, building impactful visualizations, and optimizing complex workflows. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dynamic dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support real-time decision-making Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance opportunities Optimize and automate workflows through data engineering, scripting, and dashboard integrations Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver tailored data solutions Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms and help streamline data pipelines Capabilities & Skills Proven ability to translate complex datasets into business insights that drive operational improvements Advanced experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire) Strong understanding of oil & gas data sources, including Aries, and production systems Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines Experience optimizing or automating workflows and processes Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 10+ years in a data science or advanced analytics role, preferably within oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors Diamondback is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
