Responsibilities
Join Arcfield's rapidly expanding team of Cyber professionals on a program that will provide Cyber Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) core and non-core support in the areas of Cyber Security and Management to improve the Information Assurance (IA) posture of a national customer. Note: An offer for this position is contingent upon contract award. The contracts' Core Capabilities are:
- IA Management
- Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) coordination and reporting
- Risk Management Framework (RMF) application
- IA compliance measurements and metrics
- Assessment and Authorization (A&A)
- Vulnerability Management
- Cyber Defense support
The Risk Management Framework - IA Trainer provides support to the customer in Cybersecurity policy, process, and tool training. Daily tasks include, but not limited to:
- Working with the training team to provide IA training as directed by the Government
- Coordinating and facilitating training session planning, registration, delivery, and follow-up
- Working with stakeholders and SMEs to create and update training materials as new Cyber/IA tools and capabilities are fielded or processes are created or modified
- Working with customers to prepare agendas, marketing materials and content for the annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month (CAM) conducted every October as well as other quarterly CAM events
- Providing training related to ServiceNow, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Continuous Monitoring, Privileged Users, Information Assurance, Information System Owner cyber responsibilities, etc.
- Participating in the development of new training topics, content and associated materials
Qualifications
Required:
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Must possess and have ability to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
- Able to support customer's core hours (0900-1500; Mon - Fri)
- An 8570/8140 IA Certification
- Experience training and presenting both in person and virtually
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter requiring limited direction and supervision
- Experience with the RMF Process
Desired:
- STEM degree or an advanced IA certification (i.e. CISSP or CASP)
- Experience supporting IC or DoD in the Cyber Security Domain with acquisition and project management
- Experience as an ISSO, Information System Security Manager (ISSM), SCA, or Delegated Authorization Official Representative (DAOR)
- Experience with Service Now, and Splunk
- Familiarity with credentialling, reciprocity and other access management
- Familiarity with the customer's training platform
- Basic Instructor certificate
- Understanding of cloud technologies and platforms
