Summary of Job Description: The LNN Property Management Representative investigates, negotiates, and resolves disputes with landlords of non-traditional and new concept locations.This position is responsible for lease administration including conducting desktop audits of year-end reconciliations, creating new store profile and maintaining the databases.The LNN Property Management Representative also reviews and approves all moderate to advanced charges/expenses for accuracy, verifying them against the lease, resolves outstanding property management issues, and serves as the liaison between local operators and landlords.This position works closely with Operations of our non-traditional and new concept locations to develop an understanding of their business needs and ensures operational compliance in our non-traditional venues.
