Administrative Clerk

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $23.43/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Clerk to support our client, Toshiba International Corp., in Houston, TX. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:



  • 2+ years of invoicing experience
  • Proficiency in Baan and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of credits and debits



Key Responsibilities:



  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external contacts
  • Operate standard office equipment (computers, copiers, calculators, etc.)
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information and assistance
  • Complete special administrative projects as assigned by the department supervisor
  • Perform general office equipment upkeep and basic maintenance
