Description and Requirements

We are hiring a fall intern to join our Digital Transformation Strategy & Operations team. As the Change Management Communications Intern, you will have the opportunity to support cross-functional organizations helping to build effective communications plans by using a variety of tools, while also sharing your knowledge of current tools to the team. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday) and will work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/week). This position is located at our Morrisville, NC office. Relocation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing creative PowerPoint presentations for business and project meetings
  • Editing and updating webpages, as well as the webpages of our current business transformation projects
  • Creating surveys using Microsoft Forms
  • Developing logos, newsletter banners, or other creative materials as needed
  • Creating a library of photos/icons to use within team presentations and newsletters
  • Communicating with the Americas Group Digital Transformation team members to assist with their communication needs
  • Other activities as directed

Basic Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Communications, Media, Design, Journalism or related field
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms
  • Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC at least 3 days/week and work full-time hours (40 hours/week)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other creative tools and video editors such as Canva, Powtoon, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Enjoy working in a global, diverse team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
