The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in enabling Chamberlain to continue to realize its growth ambitions and deliver on its mission at scale. This will include financial analysis and business development support for Chamberlain's new and existing business footprint. The Senior Financial Analyst will also be responsible for ongoing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who wants to accelerate their professional development, values being part of a high-performing team, and has the agility to move between detail-oriented analysis and big-picture strategic thinking. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to Chamberlain's Director of Finance and regularly engage with Chamberlain's CFO. This role is based in Chicago and will align with Adtalem's hybrid work model and corresponding policies (current requirement is in office Monday-Thursday each week; option to work remotely on Friday).
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $61,720.78 and $111,584.97. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
