Operations Analyst II
The Operations Analyst I is responsible for researching, compiling, analyzing, and reporting moderately complex operational data from multiple sources, including unit production, productivity, and/or quality statistics. Assists in defining user requirements, performing user acceptance testing, and/or troubleshooting systems-related operational issues. Assists ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts and manages small projects and/or small segments of larger projects. This position is responsible for providing operational support for various products with small to medium complexity. The products include, but are not limited to, Positive Pay/Image, eFX, DAS, BDC, RSA. Operational support includes the setup and maintenance of customers on each of the Cash Management Products listed above. This position will also provide specialized support requiring independent decision making skills, advance problem resolution and the ability to identify, communicate and escalate potential risk factors related to daily responsibilities.This position will possess an advanced level of expertise and functional product knowledge allowing them to identify and recommend process improvements. This position will be involved in the implementation of small to medium projects within EPG, contributing to the testing, procedure development and training.
Position Responsibilities:
Operational/Technical Support
- Ensure availability 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to provide operational / technical support
- Research issues and provide problem resolution.
- Escalate problems/issues as needed to the appropriate departments/individuals.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with internal and external customers/vendors.
- Provide training to operational staff for existing processes as needed.
- Service internal customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to phone calls/pages in a timely manner.
- Ensure PC access is working appropriately outside of the office.
Project Support
- Test and Implement New Projects, Products, System upgrades, enhancements and vendor fixes associated with IM problem ticket.
- Facilitate the coordination of project implementation into production.
- Perform necessary requirements associated with conversions, acquisitions and enhancements, including test scripts and implementation.
- Ensure procedures are documented and staff is trained prior to implementation of project.
- Ensure Project Tracking Log is completed for every project.
- Represent the department at meetings for upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Develop standardized test scripts.
Customer Support
- Review cases daily that are assigned for new set-up under Direct Transmission.
- Check customers test files and assist customers with corrections if necessary.
- Perform new customer setups, customer changes.
- Test with I.S. for new changes.
Position Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of operational experience
Work Best Category: Category B - 3-4 days in office on designated days/1-2 days remote
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
