Job Description As a Security Business Analyst (BA) you will be a contact within the Global Cybersecurity Organization. You will execute daily business operations, driving cybersecurity project deliverables, facilitate strategic meetings and discussions, and coordinating with enterprise cybersecurity, and ensuring timelines and decisions are made swiftly. You will advocate cybersecurity requirements with team members, maintain agreement, and assess delivery of all requirements. You will report to our Director, Cybersecurity Deliver Office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, implementation, growth, and ongoing administration of the Cyber Programs.
- Ensure completion of project and program deliverables, including the creation of lean business cases.
- Be one of the primary points of contact for departments, including Finance, Results Delivery Office, and Strategic Sourcing Organization.
- Guide procurement of cybersecurity technology and resources
- Facilitate strategic discussions for the Global Cybersecurity organization.
- Work with multiple partner groups to shape the cyber framework and support critical departments
- Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and drive issue resolution with the enterprise team
- Collaborate with departments to determine appropriate users and groups to escalate issues
- Follow up with partners at predefined intervals to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Document, and maintain relevance of internal process documentation
- Identify areas that can be streamlined and automated
- Collect and analyze data to build plans and processes that support current requirements and scale with projected growth
- Provide input in the development and execution of the cyber programs
- Identify and influence the use of best practices, as defined by your client's culture and needs
- Track and lead the resolution of all corrective action activity
- Contribute to cybersecurity roadmap development for enterprise-level systems and ensure agreement on security strategy.
- Drives process improvement and control implementation projects in coordination with the larger Digital Technology team.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant years of work experience.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Typically requires 8+ years of experience
- Experience in creating process and procedure documentation
- Experience with cyber technology integrations
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, documentation and reporting
- Familiarity computer networking concepts and protocols; industry-standard and organizationally accepted analysis principles and methods; and network security methodologies
- Knowledge of the corporate cybersecurity threat landscape, cyber threats and vulnerabilities, system and application security threats
- Experience managing a globally dispersed
- Certifications in CISSP/CISM/CRISC/PMP/COBIT/TOGAF,
