In the Diabetes Nurse Educator role, you become the expert in diabetes management and educate families in the inpatient, clinic, and office settings as well as teach classes and assist school nurses. Education Requirement:
Licensure Requirement: RN, Ohio, required. Certifications: Certification in Professional Development/Education, Leadership or Clinical Specialty, preferred. Skills: Competency in nursing clinical practice applicable to the clinical unit/area assigned. Experience: Three years of experience as an RN required, pediatric experience, preferred.
