Summary of Position

Kinsley is seeking experienced Pipelayers to join our growing utility water crews. This position is based out of our Loucks Mill Office in York, PA, with work on job sites throughout York County and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience in underground utility installation and a solid understanding of trenching, excavation safety, and pipeline procedures. This is a hands-on, physically demanding outdoor role with strong potential for advancement.

Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Install and replace underground piping in trenches
  • Join pipe sections using appropriate methods and materials
  • Perform service work and tap live pipelines, including tie-ins
  • Identify and report job site hazards
  • Operate non-CDL dump trucks and service trucks as needed
  • Complete other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in pipe installation
  • Comfortable working around heavy equipment
  • Able to lift, bend, carry, and perform other physically demanding tasks*
  • Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening
  • Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
