Pay & Schedule

Hourly Rate: $32-$35/hour (based on experience and demonstrated ability)

Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Thursday, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

(Training will take place on 1st Shift)

Schedule: 4-day workweek (Four 10-hour shifts)

Employment Type: Direct-hire

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase
• Install, maintain, and replace motors, drives, and PLC systems
• Run conduit, mount fixtures, and pull wire for equipment and facility upgrades
• Maintain lighting, HVAC, and other facility electrical infrastructure
• Work safely and collaboratively, ensuring all safety practices and PPE use are strictly followed

What You Bring

• Experience working on industrial electrical systems (up to 480V 3-phase)
• Hands-on skills with PLCs, programmable drives, and industrial controls
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Background in conduit work, equipment installation, and machinery relocation
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred
• Melting or molding environment experience is a bonus
