We're currently seeking a Temporary Associate Registration Coordinator to support our household goods relocation services during a busy season. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with systems, and takes pride in keeping processes organized and accurate from day one. Own the First Step in the Process Register with Precision: Enter orders and shipment information into our tracking systems quickly and accurately. Keep It Updated: Trace orders and make updates across multiple systems to keep things moving smoothly. Maintain Momentum: Update schedules, logs, and daily tasks to keep all departments aligned. Support the Flow of Information Stay Organized: Maintain accurate and timely records in our proprietary database. Be a Daily Contributor: Handle document scanning, office tasks like typing and messaging, and provide general support wherever needed. Meet the Metrics: Help the team meet key KPIs and customer satisfaction goals through consistent, high-quality work. What You Bring to the Team Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: At least 1 year of related experience in transportation, logistics, or a similar environment with increasing responsibility. Tools of the Trade: Your Core Skills Typing & Tech: Ability to type 40 WPM, use 10-key by touch, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to support clear and positive communication. Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in data entry and document processing. Dependable Team Player: Works independently and collaboratively, maintaining confidentiality with professionalism and discretion.
