Primary Objective of Position The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO while also serving as the Office Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role is pivotal in optimizing the executives' time through effective calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs are key to success in this role.

What You'll Need
- 8+ years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadership in a dynamic setting
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record of managing calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses with efficiency and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
- Discretion in handling confidential information and high-level communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar/email platforms (Outlook, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Experience coordinating logistics for board meetings is a strong plus
