Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

What you'll do

  • Act as a partner and advisor to your customers (hiring leaders) throughout the recruitment lifecycle, delivering top-notch customer service every step of the way.
  • Conduct intake conversations to fully understand the roles you are assigned while establishing recruitment strategies and expectations.
  • Evaluate applicants by screening for minimum qualifications and conducting thorough phone screens.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all stakeholders involved.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels and utilize the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system to build and maintain pipelines.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment, stepping into all-hands-on-deck situations as needed to support team objectives.
  • Navigate recruitment technology systems with precision while demonstrating strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Meet set service level agreements (SLAs) by managing recruitment timelines and prioritizing key deliverables effectively.
  • Collaborate on and implement process improvement projects to optimize recruitment workflows and enhance outcomes.
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring open communication and alignment on evolving recruitment needs and trends.
  • Contribute to an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct primary source verification (PSV) to ensure all hires meet education, license, and certification requirements with strong attention to detail.
  • Monitor the recruitment practice to ensure a safe, fair, and equitable process at all times, understanding and applying Joint Commission regulations and standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure full compliance.

Required qualifications

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience.

Additional Information

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
  • Health care and/or human resources experience are preferred.
  • Top candidates will exhibit impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership acumen, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to present both oneself and information professionally are highly desired.
