Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Clayton, MO
Salary: $81,960 to $90,000 (depending on relevant experience)
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

Focus: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President of Winchester and other assigned leadership.
Executive Assistant Essential Job Functions:
- Composes correspondence and compiles monthly reports.
- Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and makes travel arrangements.
- Prepares meeting agendas, presentation materials, and supporting documents as required.
- Maintains departmental records, files, and other documentation following departmental requirements and record retention guidelines.
- Prepares and manages departmental budgets, purchase requisitions, and expense reports.
- Assists in coordinating tradeshows and maintaining event meeting schedules.
- Assists with preparing Strategic Plans, Officer Meetings, and other high-level presentations.
Executive Assistant Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of seven years' recent administrative experience preferred, with two years supporting senior-level executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP and Saba preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), detail-oriented, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload, multiple tasks, shift demands, and willingness to be collaborative and support team efforts.
- Ability to travel, as needed (approximately 5%).
Location-Specific Requirements:
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
