Mechanical Assembler

We're currently hiring a Mechanical Assembler to support our client's high-performing production team in Alexandria, MN.

Pay: Base $17.50-$21.00/hour + Shift Differential = $20.13-$24.15/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (4-day workweek!)

This entry-level role offers the chance to learn and grow with hands-on experience in a supportive and well-established environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and samples
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Pull required materials and supplies for each job
• Follow safety and quality standards to ensure efficient production

What You Bring:

• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude or previous hands-on assembly experience (a plus, but not required)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
