As a Service Supervisor in the Power Technique division, based in Anaheim, CA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our service operations. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled technicians and managing a wide range of service-related tasks, from administrative duties to direct team leadership. This position is crucial for the delivery of high-quality service to our valued customers and involves a deep understanding of portable industrial equipment, including compressors, generators, and dewatering pumps.

Mission: You will be responsible for performing essential administrative duties, which include opening and closing service events, ordering and tracking parts, dispatching technicians, and managing service order costs efficiently. Reporting directly to the Service Operations Manager, you will ensure the team's performance meets operational goals and standards.

• Supervise and lead the Service Technician team in handling repair orders efficiently.
• Open and close service orders promptly, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Provide superb service quotations to our customers, demonstrating value and professionalism.
• Order and meticulously track spare parts to ensure uninterrupted service operations.
• Coach, train, and develop team members in line with the company's culture and values, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement structured processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage service resources effectively to meet performance goals and objectives.
• File warranty claims and provide informed feedback to Product Companies to drive service improvements.
• Monitor and report on Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Ensure continuous technical and administrative development of the technicians under your supervision.

Education:

• High school diploma is required.
• Associate degree or technical certificate from a trade school is preferred.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of technical service experience with portable industrial equipment such as compressors, generators, and dewatering pumps.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential and will be considered a significant asset.
