GENERAL PURPOSE

As a Senior Process Control Analyst, you will act as a primary resource accountable for the accurate, complete, and documented processing for payment of administrative fees as well as responsibility for a segment of a direct to customer rebate portfolio. Develops highly effective working relationships with external customers and acts as a liaison for them to various departments within Miller Knoll, Inc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Acquire and maintain proficiency in all HMI & Knoll internal IT systems essential to maintaining contracts. Input approvals and authorize creation of various versions in SC Contract per Contractual Reporting Managers direction
  • Coordinate the preparation of all sales volume reports for large Healthcare national account buying groups, and national account contracts as well as other commercial accounts as required
  • Coordinate the preparation of and approve all marketing fee payments to healthcare national account buying groups.
  • Receive, review, and reconfigure Healthcare data, add GPOs and End Customer ID codes to the data and upload them into the Customer Information Warehouse (CIW).
  • Provide standard monthly and quarterly summary reports and reconcile for external customer agreements in a timely fashion in accordance with each State and GPO's guidelines that were determined under contract.
  • Maintain Healthcare end user database and reports, ensuring updates and data accuracy by inputting new information, verifying entries, and removing outdated data also utilize data validation tools to streamline processes for efficiency.
  • Processes GPO affiliation payments by accurately processing the transactions and generating comprehensive reports for each location, ensuring transparency, accountability, and clear communication of payment details.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake platform and Alteryx for ability to run workflows on MillerKnoll data to perform different external and internal client requests.
  • Responsible for all state/local government payments to be processed by Finance each month/quarter.
  • Review/maintain all healthcare orders that acknowledged the previous day for accurate grouping with GPO affiliations.
  • The ability to extract data from the order system to validate accuracy and details against other systems enhances internal clarity by ensuring data consistency, identifying discrepancies, and facilitating informed decision-making across departments.
  • Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives which enhance the quality and productivity of the direct operational and contractual reporting process of the business.
  • Works with cross-functional areas to identify and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education, Experience, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, business, or related field.
  • A minimum of five years successful professional experience in various areas of reporting.
  • Highly developed analytical skills necessary to analyze problems and generate new ideas and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, define, and resolve complex problems/projects/programs as well as the ability to identify trends and issues.
  • Able to perform all month end and quarter end department computer procedures in a timely and accurate manner. Must have competence to prepare statistical models, analyses, and reports with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation/communication software and tools currently being used in the HMI office environment and which includes highly developed computer skills with significant experience in spreadsheet and database management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with tough/complex issues where there are often only optimal solutions with supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems/issues, develop conclusions, and make recommendations for effective business actions.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining professional working relationships built on mutual trust and a strong base of peer support.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete assignments with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
