We Require
Two years of business systems analysis experience, including direct engagement with clients to understand and document the business needs, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring various tasks are completed throughout the project life cycle Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis

Job Contributions
Serves as a liaison between stakeholders, internal customers, and IT, collaborating with senior staff, business and system owners, decision-makers, and end-users to define business requirements, project objectives, and deliverables. Conducts needs assessments and evaluates standard procedures to identify improvements aligned with organizational goals. Develops functional requirements, creates prototypes and process flows to support enhancements, and prepares and executes test plans to ensure solution quality. Monitors development efforts, resolves issues, reports progress, and ensures successful delivery of project objectives. Manages and communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications to business requirements, conducts implementation testing and QA/QC, and provides training to functional areas and IT staff to ensure successful adoption and system performance. Identifies and recommends improvements to business processes. Evaluates business needs and analyzes the impact of system changes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and effective solution implementation. Prioritizes initiatives by assessing business needs and requirements to ensure optimal resource allocation and strategic alignment.
