Hourly Pay Range: $48.93 - $75.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Clinical Nurse Manager-MICU/CVICU Position Highlights: Position: Clinical Nurse Manager Location: Medical ICU/Cardiovascular Institute, Glenbrook Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hour per week Hours: Monday-Friday on site, 24/7 responsibility What you will need: License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, Ortho Certification a plus Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred What you will do: Hold 24/7 accountability and responsibility for the professional nursing practice, professional development, performance improvement initiatives, and fiscal management for an assigned clinical unit Adhere to all regulatory compliance bodies Create a departmental environment that promotes customer loyalty for patients, families, physicians, and employees.
