Schedule: Per Diem, As Needed, Non-Benefit Eligible Responsibilities: Performs a wide range of complex clinical laboratory analyses in all major sections of the Laboratory. Recognizes problems, identifies causes, synthesizes alternatives, and applies solutions. Confirms and verifies results through an in-depth knowledge of techniques, principles, and instrumentation. Reports to the Section Head. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent. Experience: 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory or equivalent. Certification/Licensure: MT (ASCP) or equivalent preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
