Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + 0-10% Bonus + Equity Opportunities

About the Role
As an Assistant Controller, you'll partner closely with Operations to drive financial performance across multiple locations. You'll report to the District Controller and play a key role in financial reporting, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and prepare financial statements
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Analyze financial variances and prepare forecasts
• Support budgeting and rate analysis
• Communicate financial insights to operations teams
• Manage accounting data flow from remote sites
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls
• Train non-financial staff on accounting practices
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies as needed
• Occasional travel required

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of accounting experience (public accounting preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
