Undergraduate Admissions

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is looking to recruit an Enrollment Services Assistant to be a part of our Domestic and International Processing Team.

The Enrollment Services Assistant will assist in managing software application functions, most importantly the administration of our prospective student database, Slate, which drives all the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and communications.

Examples of duties include:

* Upload prospective student leads into Slate

* Download SAT/ACT, AP and TOEFL scores into Slate

* Verify the data of incoming applications to the University and ensure applications are merged via Axiom

* Data integrity within Slate CRM system and cleaning duplicate applications

* Review data downloaded into CR.M systems for accuracy and completeness

* Manage the Admissions Technology Email box to provide and resolve customer service-related issues within the CRM systems.

* Consolidate records within the CRM system

* Assist with application/banner testing and updates

Qualifications :

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Hiring Qualifications:

Knowledge of Board of Regents policies regarding Admissions.

Previous data entry experience; Strong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills; experience with Banner, Slate, or similar CRM systems.
