Position Objective: The Senior Director, North America ERP and Global Ops Applications will apply extensive leadership in setting the strategy and design of the North America ERP and other operations solutions e.g. manufacturing, quality, logistics, customer service with a focus on sustainability, agility and adaptivity in support of the company's objectives. Senior Director role will require the ability to successfully deliver a robust implementation plan and execute against that plan delivering solutions on time and within budget, utilizing best-practice ERP/application approaches to resolving business requirements. Further, the leader will be responsible for establishing the team and support infrastructure to support the ongoing and new solutions. This will be done along with the global team and while managing the delivery and support of the ERP and core business applications. Responsibilities: Essential function includes, but are not limited to:
- Develop an application strategy and roadmap for North America ERP and other global operations business applications, including manufacturing, quality, customer service finance and other operational applications
- Work with the business leaders (and the IT PMO organization) to identify project needs, manage enhancement requests and support the business leaders, supported by ERP and other operations-related applications
- Manage the design, implementation, and support of an organization's financial and North America ERP systems architecture.
- Coordinate with the other application teams, such as Navision/Business Central; and CRM/BI teams to develop an integrated, holistic architecture and strategic roadmap
- Review and/or recommend new architecture and processes, changes to existing architecture and processes, and exceptions to architecture, technology, and process standards.
- Ensure North America ERP design and configuration work are being conducted based on a well-developed ERP solutions architecture and detailed set of business, functional and technical requirements.
- Works closely with cross-functional business leaders and peers in IT to manage and resolve complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or procedures, escalating decisions as appropriate and as needed.
- Define organizational plans to support the North America ERP and core application roadmap, including support and projects; and attract, recruit, develop and build capabilities across ERP technology competency areas.
- Manage a team responsible for support and modernization of core backend systems and processes.
- Run business facing meetings and ensure the efficiency of N.A. ERP and other operations-related business applications decision-making process.
- t Ensure the various teams are collaborating across the enterprise, across various groups, and build a high-performance environment.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management, performance and results of the global team.
- Ensure that all ERP and core business applications solutions, processes and daily tasks adhere to SOX requirements and that SOX audits of in-scope systems, controls and processes are successful

- Bachelor's degree, BS in Computer Sciences or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience related to ERP and operations-related e.g. manufacturing, quality, etc. of progressive achievements and growth in ERP program execution
- 15 or more years of experience using SAP, S/4 Hana preferred
- Successfully led at least three large, complex, full-lifecycle ERP implementations with integration to record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, etc.
- Must be versed in implementations for SAP and other ERP systems
- 5+ years of leadership responsibility managing midsize global teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
- Experience from healthcare/medical industries preferred
- International experience required
- Experience with acquisitions preferred
- 5% domestic and international travel
- Excellent leadership skills from managing large-scale projects and leading ERP teams of application experts and analysts.

- Ability to work at all levels in the organization
