Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:15 PM

Training Schedule: One week on 1st shift (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM)

Employment Type: Temporary

What You'll Be Doing



  • Operate high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment
  • Load and retrieve inventory from storage racks up to 20 feet high
  • Navigate and place materials in double-deep or high-level racking systems
  • Conduct daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support team goals
  • Follow all safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and quality control standards
  • Read and interpret documentation and work orders in English

What You Bring to the Role



  • 1-2 years of recent experience operating a high reach forklift or reach truck
  • Ability to lift, stack, and retrieve materials at high elevations
  • Must speak, read, and understand English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
  • Proven ability to follow directions, work independently, and meet production goals
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards
