Schedule: Day shift / Business hours, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Manage co-op/internship programs, coordinate job postings, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and recommend candidates for roles at all levels. Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies. Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of compliance training within set timelines. Maintain and audit employee files and records to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Support reward/benefit administration, HR project rollouts, internal communications, and policy implementation. Assist with employee relations, performance management, HRIS system updates, and union-related tasks (union experience preferred). Qualifications: 3+ years of HR/ recruiting experience, 4-year degree is required.
