Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate Haas and Harding gang-type CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and informal sketches to produce high-quality, defect-free parts
• Operate independently and meet production deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities
• Maintain and troubleshoot Swiss-type and Robo drill milling machines (if experienced)
• Uphold precision, quality, and efficiency in all machining tasks
• Collaborate with team members or work independently based on project needs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
• Receive training and mentoring as needed to enhance your skills continuously

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience OR formal classroom training
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and working from technical sketches
• Experience with Haas and Harding gang-type machines
• Swiss-type and Robo drill machine experience is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to new priorities and a strong sense of independence and initiative
