The End User Computing Manager is responsible for providing exceptional end user experience and driving operational efficiencies while staying current with technology and security best practices.
This is a fully onsite role in Rochester, New York.
You will lead an end user computing team and will be responsible for team performance by providing leadership, oversight, mentoring, and supervision for the team. Your team will provide services related to help desk services, laptop / desktop provisioning (installation, configuration and support for Windows operating systems), onboarding / leaver support, and knowledge management with accountability to end user computing performance.
Work will be both project and maintenance related so the ability to prioritize team member tasks is essential. Project management capabilities and detailed technical knowledge are essential to success in this role. You should have experience with Windows OS and related desktop technologies and with day-to-day management in a service desk environment.
You will work closely with other IT and business functions and will communicate and coordinate across those functions. As a supervisor, you perform all typical work such as hiring, supervising, work allocation, career, and skills development.

*Deliver and support end user computing laptops and desktops 40%
*Provide exceptional end user service and help desk support 30%
*Securely automate end user computer processes 10%
*Coordinate work with other IT and business functions 10%
*Mentor, manage and coach IT professionals to create productive, high-performance teams 10%
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
*Minimum of 10 years experience in Windows OS and Windows application management
*Minimum of 10 years experience in IT technology and business process management
*5 years minimum supervisory management and change leadership experience
*5 years minimum program and project management
