  • Minimum of 2 years of experience (paid or unpaid) in the mental health.
  • Strong knowledge of severe mental illness, recovery models, and person-centered treatment.

Schedule: 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Position Details

The Clinical Supervisor provides essential leadership in the delivery of integrated outpatient mental health and substance use services. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the professional development of the treatment team. The Clinical Supervisor also maintains a small individual caseload and collaborates closely with the Program Director to uphold clinical integrity and support overall program operations.

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered clinical services for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Carry a limited caseload and provide direct therapeutic services as needed.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, counselors, and other clinical staff.
  • Ensure program compliance with applicable Pennsylvania regulations (Ch. 5320, 5100, 1153, and 1101).
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.
  • Assist with staff training, quality assurance, and ongoing program development in partnership with the Program Director.
