Summary
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive measurable growth, elevate brand presence across channels, and lead campaigns that produce real business results. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing exceptional work, consistently going beyond the baseline to deliver creative, strategic, and polished results. You will support two growing brands, Sprinturf (B2B) and ProGreen (B2B/B2C), by leading marketing initiatives that build loyalty, generate high-quality leads, and improve campaign performance across platforms. We're looking for someone who contributes ideas, tracks outcomes, and helps the team raise its overall impact.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of professional marketing experience, with proven ability to manage campaigns, communicate effectively, and collaborate with leadership
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Strong writing and communication skills across formats and audiences
- Ability to expand your skills using available resources and initiative
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline marketing tasks
- Understanding of graphic design principles to provide direction and critique designs
Preferred Skills:
- HubSpot certification or equivalent experience with marketing automation
- Web development or experience with content management systems
- Synthetic turf industry experience
- Video shooting and editing
- Graphic design background
