Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting professional? We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to vendors while maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable activities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and provide AP-related reports as needed.
  • Support internal audits by maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger coding.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
