Position Overview:
Vibrant is seeking a dynamic and motivated CRM Engineer II to join our growing team. As a CRM Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Reporting directly to the Manager of CRM, you will assist with all functions of CRM programming and design. Your primary focus will be to learn and understand the CRM, its features, and its functionality. You will maintain the Salesforce CRM system, including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, and ensuring security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the CRM platform, enhance customer experiences, and streamline business processes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the CRM platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues in a timely manner
- Support end-users through training, guidance, and best practice implementation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on workflows, customizations, and automation tasks
- Perform data cleansing, migration, and integration to maintain data integrity
- Work with business stakeholders to gather system requirements and improvement needs
- Contribute to CRM coding, scripting, and development activities
- Coordinate with vendors and integrators for CRM solutions and user testing
- Maintain thorough documentation of technical processes, configurations, and updates
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and related technologies
- Proficiency in managing integrations, data migrations, and custom developments
- Ability to architect and maintain integration solutions using REST APIs and middleware
- Skilled in writing clear technical specifications and process documentation
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
- Familiarity with APIs and external data connectivity
- Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as a CRM Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals and advanced features.
- Experience supporting large-scale CRM implementations and upgrades.
- Hands-on CRM implementation, administration, maintenance, and optimization experience with a leading CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
- Salesforce Developer 1 is required, and II certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders
