Summary

The Solutions Architect role within Global Enterprise is a key role responsible for driving revenue growth by delivering innovative and tailored technology solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both wireless and wireline technologies, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Technical Expertise:

  • Design and develop complex wireless and wireline solutions for Global Enterprise customers.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise across the company's portfolio of wireless and wireline products and services, including 5G/LTE, fiber optics, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IoT.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings, particularly within the public sector landscape.
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable solution architectures, technical documentation, and best practices.

Sales Growth & Customer Engagement:

  • Partner closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop compelling technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of enterprise customers.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical decision-makers within public sector organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting role, with a proven track record of success in global enterprise.
  • Deep technical understanding of wireless and wireline technologies, including 5G/LTE, fiber optics, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IoT.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative and innovative approach to solution design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Industry certifications relevant to wireless and wireline technologies

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $137,500.00 - $239,000.00.
